- The class runs for 4 consecutive weeks.
This 4-week program goes beyond sit and stay, focusing on the practical skills dogs need every day. We’ll teach and proof behaviours in real-life scenarios, so your dog learns to stay calm and polite no matter what’s going on around them.
What Is Covered in Classes:
1st Lesson:
- Building value to the owner
- Calm sit in everyday situations
- Advanced ‘Leave It”
- Calm Tethering
2nd Lesson:
- Stopping counter surfing
- Reliable ‘Drop” cue
- Sound desensitisation
- Place training
3rd Lesson:
- Advanced ‘Leave It” Progression to more advanced items and situations
- Advanced place training with distractions
- Calm door manners for visitors
- Calming down near other dogs
4th Lesson
- Object desensitisation (vacuum, mop, umbrella, suitcase etc.)
- Calm cafe manners
- Calm greetings with people
- Calm meetings with other dogs
By the end of the course, your dog will have the tools to go from excitable or mischievous… to calm, reliable, and well-mannered in everyday life.
This is a new, more advanced Eazy Dog Training class designed for dogs who already know the basics but need help proofing their skills.
Suitable for all breeds of fully vaccinated dogs, no matter the skill level. All dogs must be on a vaccination program and up to date with their vaccines.
- This class is not suitable for separation anxiety training, or for dogs with anxieties, reactivity or aggression issues.
