Enrichment Idea: Treat Toys
Interactive treat toys are one of the best and easiest ways of providing natural enrichment and mental stimulation. I use them a lot especially with young and active dogs and my border collies have a lot of them. They provide a calm activity to focus on and are great for any independence and calming down training as well. And they are crucial for active breeds such as working dogs!
Simply give your dog interactive treat toys to focus on when you start practising leaving them alone or in situations you wish for them to calm down.
