BMy puppy isn’t fully vaccinated, can I join puppy school? YES, puppy schools are held in private, clean and safe locations, not out in public. You can join as early as at 8 weeks, after the first vaccination.

What is the best time to join puppy school? AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE! The most important socialisation period is 8-12 weeks of age and the whole socialisation period for dogs lasts only for the first 16 weeks. Missing this crucial development phase can cause permanent behavioural issues!

I would like to book for a class, is there still availability? You can book classes on our ‘Book Now – Group Classes’ page, you will find all the details there and availability is live at all times, if the class hasn’t sold out you can still book it. If it is sold out, the booking system will let you know the class is no longer available and advise you to choose another date or class.

What if I can not make it to all the lesson? Can I do a catch up? Yes, you can do a catch-up lesson in one of our other available classes. And we have online courses too to help you catch up at home!

Can I choose classes at different locations? Unfortunately no, you will have to choose one class at one location and stick with that for the length of the course. Due to the limited availability in our classes, it is not possible to mix different lessons at different locations.

What service should I choose for my dog? The rule of thumb is, if you need basic obedience training such as sit, down, stay, come, loose leash walking, calm greeting manners etc, you could join one of our group obedience training classes. If your dog barks or shows any aggression towards people or other dogs and can not focus on you even if you have high-value treats such as chicken, group classes wouldn’t work and your dog needs tailored, private training instead.

Can I book my reactive dog for obedience classes? Unfortunately no, we do not address reactivity or aggression issues in our group classes and they are not suitable for dogs who can not cope near other dogs and people. Private training is needed for this!

Unless you have done our reactivity training already and your dog is ready for group classes it is not possible to book a reactive dog in our group classes.

How much are the classes and where are they? All the details for all our classes can be found on our online booking calendar, simply click on the class you are interested in.

Is the price per lesson or the whole course? All our pricing is for the full service, not hourly charged. Classes are priced per the whole length of the course including all the weekly lessons.

I’m trying to book a class but it’s sold out, can I still book it? No, sold-out classes are no longer available for booking, please choose another class or date.

What if I can no longer attend the classes, can I receive a refund for the remaining lessons ? No, we have a 48h cancellation policy for all our services which refers to the start date of the service. We do not sell individual lessons to our courses, bookings are for the whole lenght of the course.
