Thank you Anniina for your home visit last week to provide some guidance for our puppy and separation training. Your valuable advice and tools have put our minds at ease about next steps and the confidence to leave her when we need to and more importantly have her be comfortable when leaving. We are implementing ‘Disneyland’ daily and it Is working well for all of us. Such a positive experience when navigating a new puppy!
We first met Betty at small group training and then later had a private lesson for separation anxiety at our home. Betty did some assessments with us and our dog and then walked us through a bunch or exercises we can work on. Just one week later we have seen amazing results. I highly recommend Betty's obedience group class and private lessons!
Lauren was absolutely amazing to work with. Our 2 year Pomsky Dexter was suffering from severe separation anxiety, he would get anxious with visitors and would bark and get anxious from small triggers like the apartment intercom, putting shoes on or hearing keys rattle. Since the training with Lauren, Dexter has done a complete 180 and is no longer anxious when we are away and is not bothered with any of these triggers above. Further to this, Dexter would chase and annoy our cat to the extent the cat would hide all the time. I’ll let the photo below show his progress with that! Highly recommend Lauren!
Five stars isn't enough to rate EDT. I am sooooo thankful I enrolled for a one-on-one session. Lauren, the trainor assigned to us, was so knowledgeable and very helpful. Her insights helped me understand Buddy (a rescue dog) much much better. 15/10 totally recommend! Background: Dog breed: American Staffordshire X Bull Terrier Age: 3.5yrs Issues: dog reactive, pulls on leash, separation anxiety History: N/A, rescue dog from RSPCA
A massive thank you to Aura for coming to my home to train me to train my puppy Vinnie with how to deal with his separation issues. Aura is a true professional and so knowledgeable. Aura was able to answer every question I had and she gave me so many tips and pointers - not just about the separation issues but other aspects of puppy training. I was getting highly anxious about going back to work and leaving Vinnie alone, but with the skills Aura taught me I now feel much more comfortable to do so. In just one day Vinnie is responding to the training and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Aura and Eazy Dog Training. Thank you.

WHAT IS OUR ONLINE SEPARATION ANXIETY TRAINING COURSE LIKE?

The online course is included in our one-on-one private separation anxiety training- for free!

Separation anxiety is one of the hardest behaviour problems to tackle — not just because it runs deep, but because it happens the moment you walk out the door. You can’t see it, so it feels impossible to fix.

But here’s the thing: it is treatable — and for most dogs, it’s more manageable than you might think.

While true clinical separation anxiety exists, the good news is that most dogs actually suffer from separation distress or milder separation issues rather than full clinical anxiety. That’s a meaningful distinction, because it means most dogs respond well to the right training approach.

Separation anxiety (and separation distress) is defined as distress in the absence of an attachment figure. Most dogs bond closely with their owners, but dogs struggling with separation take that bond to an extreme — finding it hard to cope the moment they’re alone. It can be triggered by genetics, early abandonment (which is why it’s so common in rescue dogs), or simply never learning how to be alone in the first place.

I know this firsthand. My first dog had separation anxiety, and I spent months trawling through websites, blogs, and training programs, trying everything I could find. Some things helped. A lot didn’t. But that experience gave me something invaluable — I now know exactly what works and what doesn’t.

That’s what I’ve built into this course.

Each week you’ll get training videos, education, practical tips, fact sheets, and assessments — everything you need to gradually decrease your dog’s anxiety and help them feel safe and settled on their own.

You don’t have to figure this out alone. I already have — and I’ll walk you through every step.
