After you have made the payment, Eazy Dog Training will contact you within 24h to organise your trainee hours!

CONDITIONS

Payment is your booking confirmation, by paying the booking fee, the client commits to the booking and accepts all these conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY.
There are no refunds for any changes/cancellations once a shadow program has commenced. NO EXCEPTIONS. The shadow program commences when a payment has been made. The program can not be passed on or sold to third parties without an agreement from Eazy Dog Training.

There are no refunds or catch up lessons for any training missed or cancelled by the trainee unless the session is cancelled by Eazy Dog Training in which case a catch up lesson will be provided.
This includes all reasons such as change of mind/forgetting the lesson/sickness/injury/scheduled operations/work/trips etc. If you can not make it to your booked session with us, you must notify Eazy Dog Training as soon as possible.

The trainee must be on-time for all training lessons. If the trainee fails to do so, they will not be able to join the session late. We work with real clients and will not wait around making the client wait, this is part of learning to provide excellent customer service.

The client understands that they are solely responsible for their own behaviour during the training and for any damages/injuries caused by them. The client is there to observe only, not to train any animals or educate clients. The client must take Eazy Dog Training advice and act accordingly at all times.

Bookings might be cancelled or rescheduled due to unexpected changes such as the trainer getting sick, COVID restrictions, cancellations, etc. These changes will be informed via text/call as soon as possible. If the session is cancelled or rescheduled a new date will be provided.
